Exchanges & Returns
This policy applies to all customers within the European Union and is aligned with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the legal guarantee (Directive (UE) 2019/771). Our goal is to ensure transparency and confidence in every purchase.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase up to 14 consecutive days after receiving the product, without justification.
How to proceed: Contact us with your order number and email.
Conditions: The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, in its original packaging (including all accessories).
Refunds: The refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days after verification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items If a product is defective or damaged during transport:
Contact us immediately with your order number and a description.
Photos or videos are required for analysis.
If the defect is confirmed, Smart Saving assumes all shipping costs.
You may choose between an exchange, a full refund, or store credit.
Legal Guarantee All products carry a 2-year legal guarantee in the EU. In case of manufacturing defects, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund, according to EU legislation.
Important Restrictions We cannot accept returns of:
Personalized or custom-made products;
Items used or damaged by the customer;
Products returned without prior communication or after the legal deadline.
Shipping Costs Summary
Withdrawal (14 days): Responsibility of the customer.
Defective/Incorrect items: Responsibility of the store.
Rejected returns: Re-shipped at the customer's expense.
